Site Library: Seller - Slow Import, Duplicate Menus

Whenever I try to install the Seller theme, it takes forever and freezes. After a second or third try, it works but then I'm faced with a new problem - duplicate menus (header and footer).
I've tried erasing everything and starting from scratch three times and I'm still facing these issues.
Please advise.
