Site Library Problem

I downloaded a site from the Site Library. I can edit almost all the site with wordpress and elementor except for the first thing after the primary navigation. There's a button, some text and a background image that I'm not able to change. The Demo Site that I use is the one that is named Zeal or Seal, I don't exactly know how it is named.
