No, that page is the template that Im using for Maintence Mode.
How I told you, the HOME page has the problem of the ghost side bar, as you can see in:

I used the login you've provided but everyrthing I clicked on leads to the maintenance page.

If you have some problem, please let me know and I disable the maintenance mode, but I need it to be for very short time.
