Recently purchases GP premium, and I can't access the site library. After I activate it, then go to open site library I get this message "Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page."
Hi Caleb,
We've had a similar issue before from a Customer and it was caused by a plugin conflict.
Can you try #1 here to test: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/debugging-tips/
Make sure the Site Library Module is activated in Appearance > GenetatePress when testing.
Let us know how it goes.
Hey Fernando I appreciate the reply. Unfortunately still getting the same result
Hi there,
go to Settings > Permalinks and Click Save Changes, this will rebuild the permalinks.
If that still doesn't work, then do you have a custom permalink structure ? If you do, set it to default or just postname, and save changes again.
Nope that didn't work either. Trying to give as much info as possible here but there isn't much to give. I activate the module and click Open site library, and it's a blank screen that says "Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page" Can send screenshots via email if needed.
In Dashboard > Site Health > Tools, are there any errors or warnings ?
No errors or warnings. Says everything is running smoothly.
What is the Permalink structure you have set in Settings > Permalinks ?
postname
Any chance you can provide an admin login so we can take a look at the backend?
Please use the private info field. Let us know!
Sure thing Ying
The license key seems to have some issues, it's been disabled.
Can you clear the key, and add your license key at appearance > GeneratePress again? Then click the update key button.
Let me know!
That did not work. So the problem is the code itself?
Yes, I think so.
The license key doesn't seem to be correct.
I'll forward your ticket to our account team to see if they have some insights.
Thanks Ying
