Caleb
Recently purchases GP premium, and I can’t access the site library. After I activate it, then go to open site library I get this message “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

Hi Caleb,
We’ve had a similar issue before from a Customer and it was caused by a plugin conflict.
Can you try #1 here to test: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/debugging-tips/
Make sure the Site Library Module is activated in Appearance > GenetatePress when testing.
Let us know how it goes.

StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
go to Settings > Permalinks and Click Save Changes, this will rebuild the permalinks.
If that still doesn’t work, then do you have a custom permalink structure ? If you do, set it to default or just postname, and save changes again.November 17, 2022 at 7:45 am #2419674Caleb
Nope that didn’t work either. Trying to give as much info as possible here but there isn’t much to give. I activate the module and click Open site library, and it’s a blank screen that says “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page” Can send screenshots via email if needed.

StaffCustomer SupportThe license key seems to have some issues, it’s been disabled.
Can you clear the key, and add your license key at appearance > GeneratePress again? Then click the update key button.
Let me know!

That did not work. So the problem is the code itself?
November 17, 2022 at 4:55 pm #2420604Ying
StaffCustomer SupportYes, I think so.
The license key doesn’t seem to be correct.
I’ll forward your ticket to our account team to see if they have some insights.
