Site Library Keep Just Loading Without Showing Anything

I installed the GP theme and I have activated my GP premium plugin...I pretty much followed all the steps in this video below by GP team:
My problem is when I activate the site-library it keeps just loading without showing any pre-built templates (Just Loading icon) Any solutions, please? Thank you
