Site Library Issue

Hi,
Trying to install a site template within the "site library" and it is not working. I have followed the steps, tried probably a dozen times now, contacted support at my hosting, nothing is working. Keeps giving me an "internal server error 500" message. They can't seem to see an issue though, any ideas on what this could be?
