Site library is not working

Hi my site library is not working. it is showing No sites were found. Why?. I followed every tutorial on the internet. Installed Query monitor plugin but no HTTP API calls are recorded. Uninstalled and reinstalled again. Clear the cache etc. Kindly resolve my error as soon as possible
