Site library is not loaded in any device.

My problem is resolved.

I had no SSL setup on the server and was using Cloudflare ssl to serve the pages. When my site was requesting it got blocked due to not being ssl.

Solution : I set up SSL on the website and changed Cloudflare setting from flexible to strict.

Works absolutely fine now.
