Site Library - general question

GeneratePress is billed as a lightweight,flexible theme. I do have the technical chops to play with it, but I'm struggling mightily from a creative standpoint. I think I'm going to try out a few of the Site Library templates to get me started.
Are these all considered lightweight as well? I'm interested in the built-in page builder (not Elementor or Beaver Builder).

The templates under the Standard filter should perform really well.
Feel free to run some speed tests if you like.
The direct URLs you can use would be:
https://gpsites.co/SITE_NAME/
For example, Marketer would be:
https://gpsites.co/marketer/
