[Site Library], [Elements] not find, all activated

theme: 3.1.3, GP Premium: 2.1.2
fresh website + woocommerce with no content
it is testing at local with XAMPP
All are newest version and installed today above
[Site Library], [Elements] not find, all activated and follow

where is menu bar for [Site Library], [Elements]
Hi Martin,
Can you go to Appearance > GeneratePress and check if Site Library and Elements modules are both activated? If not, activate them, and then refresh you browser. They should appear under Appearance in your admin dashboard afterwards.
