Site Library doesnt load

As an update to this thread, I've disabled all plugins(except GP Premium) & server + site caching.

are there any errors being displayed when the import process happens ?

If there are no errors and its just not doing anything, can your Right Click > Inspect the page and check the Console Tab for any Red Errors. If so - what are they ?

No errors displaying on screen. I am just seeing a spinning circle. Console error shows:

1. themes.php?page=generatepress-library:1 Uncaught (in promise) Object
2. /wp-json/wp/v2/:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
3. /wp-json/generatepress-site-library/v1/get_sites?_locale=user:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

I am using version 2.02 GP Premium - downloaded 30 min ago

Can you check with your host to make sure this domain is not being blocked: gpsites.co

I checked the firewall and dont see any blocked IP. Also the error is stating its getting a 404 from your library.

Is there another way we can download/install a theme from the site library? This is a real drag...

This means the WordPress REST API isn't loading for you (404 error).

What permalink structure are you using in "Settings > Permalinks"?

Thanks for getting back to me! /%postname%/. We toggled the permalinks and checked /wp-json - REST API not enabled on nginx/vesta How can we enable it ASAP ??

Hi, Yes, it was the rest API. And it was not running on that server. So I move the domain to another server that was running the rest API. And that resolved it. Please close ticket
