Site library doesn't load

Hola,
En uno de mis wordpress la biblioteca del sitio no carga, se mantiene el círculo que indica que está cargando (en otros wordpress he comprobado que sí carga la librería). ¿Por qué puede ser?

can you go to site library and when you see the spinning circle, right click > inspect the site. Are there any Red Errors in shown in the Console?

Yes, there are two errors: ''Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()'' and ''Uncaught (in promise)''.

This usually means that the WordPress REST API isn't working for you.
What permalink structure do you have set in "Settings > Permalinks"? Can you try re-saving them?
