HI,
I am sharing some screenshot of mobile version of my site.

A white space is coming in the right side of the website. Website URL: wikiwiki.in

The subscribe button has a fixed width:400px; which causes the issue.

You could try to remove or reduce the fixed width on mobile.

Actually I placed subscribe button code yesterday and layout related issue is happening from past few days.
I have tested after removing subscriber button code but problem still same.

the issue Ying pointed out is one of the reasons your site has horizontal overflow. That needs to be fixed - it should not have a set Width other then 100%.
The other issues arise for the the adverts and other content that is being injected into your site. Thats outside of the Themes control, you will need to check with the ad provider settings to make sure they are responsive.
As a note - with your infinite loading of advert content in your site - the subscribe field and most of your sidebar will never actually be displayed......
