Site indentity

I have a question about the site identity.
I see that the site title in the header is sometimes displayed above the logo and in most cases next to the logo. Two examples of this:

Is the position of the title or slogan to be determined

Hi Aart,

The 1st link is using Floatstructure, the 2nd and 3rd links are using Flexboxstructure.

It can be checked at customizer > General.

All the fresh install nowadays are using Flexboxby default.
