Site Icon won't show up in Google Search

Hello,
On my website: connectioncopilot.com I am having an issue where the site icon will not show up on google search no matter what I do.
With GP, I've never had this issue as I always upload the site icon at 512 by 512 and then the rest of the work is done.
The site icon always shows.
However, for this site it's not working.
Any idea why this could be?

as long as it conforms to the guidelines Google provides here:
https://developers.google.com/search/docs/advanced/appearance/favicon-in-search
Then there should be no issue. But it is down to Google and you may need to reindex the home page - see the bottom of the above article
Well I've never had to do any of the things on this page with GP, right?
In other words, I never had to add any lines of code manually since GP handles it once you upload the 512 by 512 site icon?
It's always been like that in the past or should I follow this guide.
Does the icon show up in the Browser tab? if so then you don't need to do anything, and its just down to Google
yeah it does show in the browser tab - several different icons and google won't show any of them :(
If its in the browser tab then it should be fine. According to that doc you may need to request a reindex and that it may take several days to see the change.
