Site icon not showing up on mobile.

Are you referring to the favicon/site icon in the customizer?

If so I'm not seeing it on desktop either.

Any caching plugins or server/hosting cache?

go to Customizer > Site Identity and ADD a Retina Logo - as currently it is set to an image that is 404ing.

You don't need to create one.

Add the same image you have for the Site Logo. Publish those changes.
Then delete the Retina Logo and Publish those changes.

That will remove the broken retina logo.

It works :)

However I cannot see the whole secondary navigation menu (red). Is there a way to resize it to fit mobile screen sizes ?
