Site Header not merging for Post Category

What display rules are you using?

are you trying to apply a Header Element to a Category Archive ? If so you need to select Post Category Archive in your Display Rules

In that case your display rules should work.
Can you share a screenshot of the Page Hero settings?

Also do you have any other Header Elements assigned to Posts ? If so please ensure that you exclude the Post Category > CBD from them.

No other header elements assigned to posts. I have excluded the post category - CDB. Still doesn't seem to have fixed.

Can you edit the Header Element and make sure there is some content in the text area. Even if its just HTML Comment ( which won't display on the front end ). eg. <!-- Merged hero -->
