Site header is not showing up on my site

The page you linked is all using Thrive and I don't think it's using GP?

Can you double check?

I guess I don't really understand. If by header you mean logo with navigation bar, then yes, the header does appear.

However, I am wanting to put a banner on all pages right underneath the navigation bar. This is what I thought I was doing with the Elements - Header element.

I created an element, header, and chose custom image, display on entire site. I see that code is appearing but not until after the header code that you highlighted.

How can I create a header with the logo, nav bar and custom image appearing on every page (not Thrive Theme pages)?
