Site has no menu, but "Menu" appears in mobile view

I manage a simple one-page site that has no menus defined. But in mobile view, the word Menu appears at the top of the screen. If you click it, nothing appears. How can I turn this off?
Thanks,
Dan
Hi there,
Can you try disabling the mobile header option?
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/mobile-header/
Let me know :)
I turned Mobile Header "Off" and the word Menu still appears in a black bar at the top of the mobile view.
Can you confirm that the navigation location is set to No Navigation in the customizer?

Make sure to clear your caching plugin.
I do not see Navigation Location under Appearance > Customize > Layout > Primary Navigation.
Is this option checked?
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/navigation-as-a-header/
If so can you uncheck the option first?
Then you should see the navigation location option.
Let me know :)
I unchecked Navigation as a Header and set Navigation Location to No Navigation. But the word Menu still shows both on my phone and in the previewer.
The code is showing that the mobile header option is still activated.
Can you double check that it is off?
Make sure to clear your caching plugin or turn it off for now while we are solving the issue.
Let me know :)
That did it. All solved, thanks much.
No problem :)
