Site glitches when first loading?

Hi all,
I'm not 100% sure if this is a GP thing or not but when I visit my site it glitches on the first load. The logo is large, then goes to normal size and it looks like the menu quickly darts off from the left-hand side to the primary nav.
Is this a GP setting or possibly a preload or something?
It's weird because while I'm logged in as admin it does not do it. Only when visiting not logged in.

Can you disable your cache plugin and clear server/ browser cache first?

I disabled it.
It glitched on the first load but then now it seems fine.
I use WP Rocket so I'll try find the problem. It's a great plugin and definitely speeds things up so I'll need it, but must be a setting I have.

Just remember to disable cache plugin and clear cache when doing trouble shooting :)
