Site doesn't quite have the same appearance when logged out as logged in.

So, I've deactivated the cache. Gone through all the steps including learning the cache (oh how much I hate clearing the cache with all the passwords and second login steps one has to do these days). I have also turned plugins off and reactivated them one at a time.
While there is more than one section that doesn't have the same appearance as when I'm logged in, I'm mostly trying to work out why the button section goes vertical when logged out. When logged it shows a neat three across in two rows (which is how I want it to appear).
I have a similar problem with another website using GP where it does the samething but that was before generator blocks.

OK - so to me the front end looks the same whether i am logged in or logged out.
What happens if you login with Temp account you created for us ?
Well, now that I've brought the issue here, it now looks the same logged in or logged out. This difference has been vexing me for days.
I have been looking at it on two different Google acct browsers when logged out - one is my personal Google account and the either is an account connected to my business' Gsuite acct and on both, it's been showing the different layout (like the mobile layout) for the columns and buttons.
Oh well, I'm sure seeking your help must have had some impact and made it behave. ;)

Glad to hear its 'behaving' itself now :)
I know I said it was resolved, but it's back again. My husband saw it first on his laptop and then obviously checked on my PC and yep one column six rows instead of three columns and two rows.
Can you resupply the URL? Resolved topics auto delete any Private Info fields. I have marked the topic as unresolved.
Hey David,
I did a lot of digging today and narrowed the problem down to when CSS files are combined for optimizing the website. I think working directly with SiteGround my host who provides the SG Optimizer plugin where this function resides may help me find the solution. I'm guessing there is a CSS file that interacts with the column feature that I don't want to include in the optimization. I might play around first and see if I can solve it myself. I like puzzles. Thank you for your time though, it is always appreciated.

Adding wp/includes/css/dist/block-library/style.min.css to exclude when combining CSS files, seems to fix it.
