    Quick Question for support, I have tried numerous times to get my site looking and working in a way I feel happy, but do you support the build of your themes at all at a cost obviously, I want to use the Niche theme, and now having issues with checkout, look and feel etc. Any suggestions of a cost would be great.

    what changes do you want to make to checkout ? Do you have an example of the style you’re looking for – we may be able to help with some styling changes or point you in the right direction

    Hi David, its actually just the set up of the site Niche itself, so an install, but then using the products I have in the previous site (along with the plugins to keep the stock up to date etc). So, the site is there, but just struggling to get the whole thing working and looking like it should, sorry hope this makes sense.

    The Niche Site has some custom styling and custom elements – articles attached explaining them:

    1. Stacked Gallery on Desktop Single product. Thats not a standard feature – but it can be disabled if thats an issue.

    2. The Shop has a Product categories ( top level ) navigation and Off Canvas filter

    But theres no custom styling on the Cart page.

    I would need to know specific changes you require.

    Hi David, I’m now trying the Seller theme, but products I’m importing aren’t showing up in the shop page, I can’t seem to change the menus etc, really struggling to get any of these themes up and running correctly? Is there any simple documentation that can help at all?

    Hi Paddy,

    Did you get any error message when importing the demo content?

    The menu can be set using the WordPress menu builder – it doesn’t matter which template you are using:

    I have an API set up to bring in over 1000 products but they are importing but not showing up, no no error message…

    I’m using a plugin from the wholesaler, I was using it previously without any issues, so in a nutshell, I need a landing page then just another page for the shop, with a simple category section to take you through each parent category. But just having issues even getting the products to show in the store.
    Yes, was using WooConmerce before.

    You could try to switch to twenty twenty theme and upload the products again.

    If that still doesn’t work, it means it’s not theme related.

    Then I would recommend to disable all plugins except Woocommerce, try it again to eliminate conflicts from other plugins.

    I’ve deleted and reset the site, added Generate Press and added WooCommerce, add the wholesalers API and hit import, I’ve now managed to import around 50 products, but no more than that, also the images are not importing on most products… I don’t know if thats the API playing up?

    Could you do as I suggested in my previous reply please?

    1) Activate twenty twenty or twenty twenty one theme instead of GP

    2) disable all plugins except Woocommerce, try to upload again.

    If it works, we’ll see if there’s anything in our theme causing the issue.

    If it still doesn’t work, you’ll need to contact Woocommerce support. We can’t support Woocommerce issue since it’s not our expertise. Thanks for your understanding!
