Site break when using appearance > customize

I have multiple sites on GP and my some sites break when I use appearance > customize. I have also increased PHP memory limit and PHP Version. Also, deactivated one by one all plugins but the problem still stands on some sites. I tried the Twenty Twenty-One theme and it worksing fine on it.
I'm providing you temporary admin access details in the private information field so you can take a look on it.

I don't believe this is a theme issue - otherwise it would happen on all sites and not just some sites.
We haven't had other reports on this either.
Can you try to disable all plugins including GP Premium to test again?
I see that there is a Skip to Content message and that's generally caused by some kind of caching so make sure any server-level caching is disabled as well.
Yes, I have already disabled all the plugins including GP Premium multiple times and cleared the cached from hosting server but the issue still.
I have also tried other themes to test on site but am not seeing this issue on them. You can also login and check yourself, I have shared admin access of site in the private information field.
The theme itself really isn't capable of causing this issue. There isn't any code that would make this happen.
I'm guessing that it's some sort of caching or optimizing issue.
Can you check with your hosting support to see if there are any built-in caching or server related caching?
