Single Post Hero Code

Hi,
I made a mistake and i lost my single post hero customizations.
So, nothing appear on the top (image with personalisations colors).
How can I find the default code please?
So I have only to change the background).
P.S : In only change the "<!-- wp:generateblocks/container" at the beginning, so I want the default code of this please. Because I think it's because of that...
But I don't understand what i have done because even the previous and next buttons at the bottom doens't work anymore.
So sorry for that.

My problem is solved. But i have another question please.
How can i put an avatar photo for my autor box please?
I have a classic editor but even if I move to gutenberg, i don't see where I can put my photo.

Are you talking about the author box in the right sidebar of the single posts?

I don't know how I can put an image please?
The image is already there.
Just make sure the author has uploaded a profile image to her/his associated email at Gravatar.
