Single column template for Pages and Posts

Hello, I am completely lost about how to create a single column layout, with no sidebars. I want my pages and posts to look like the following, but without the 'Contents Box' you will see on the right hand side:

If you could outline the steps I would need to take to create a layout like this it would be a huge help!
Hi there,
you will need to set the layout to Content / Right Sidebar. Then add your ToC to the sidebar.
Once you have that in place, share a link to your site and we can have a look at the CSS required to complete that layout.
