Single Blog Featured Image

How would I achieve this layout for single posts? (link below) Looking for a smaller featured image so the sidebar can come all the way to the top without the featured image going fullwidth above the post and sidebar.

Try Inside Content Area or Below Post Title in Customizer > Layout > Page Header > Single Post Header Location.
