Simple way to exclude hook display on multiple pages?

Is there any way I can prevent a hook from displaying on multiple pages by listing their numerical IDs? Adding a set of exclusion rules individually, with dropdown selection of each pages, is laborious - and confusing as I have some pages with the same title.

It will create a custom taxonomy specifically for setting terms to be used in Element Display Rules.
This way you can enable or disable a element from within the post editor, as well as at quick glance see all the posts that are assigned to that element.
