Simple PHP plugin, get error

Hello Tom,
I just added Simple php plugin, when I try to accesses it I get
Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page

Weird, just tested it and it works. You might have some weird user capabilities going on.
Alternatively, go to "Plugins > Editor" and choose Generate Simple PHP from the list.
Then click on custom.php and add your PHP in there :)
Just deactivated all plugins
When I go to Plugins >> Editor there is NO Editor field
Simple PHP is active

If you don't, the account you're using doesn't have permission to edit plugin files.
Thanks, that helped me, I had a plugin, even when deactivated was interfering with permissions
