I want to optimize my few lines (less than 200) of CSS on a small site. Which is faster as the source for my CSS?

Simple CSS (plugin) -OR- Additional CSS (in the Customizer)

Hi there,

there should be no difference between the two :)
They both output the CSS inline in the <head> of the site
