Simple CSS not loading

For some reason my css commands in the Simple CSS plugin are not loading. How do I fix it?

Hi there,
i am not seeing any theme or custom CSS being loaded as the Site is being output as an Amp Page.
Are you using any plugins for the Amp output ?
