Sign up form after 3 paragraphs on every blog post?

I've made a sign up form in FluentForms and need to have it inside every blog post, after 3 paragraphs.
I'm guessing this can be done without an additional plugin?

this is something we advise you use the Ad Inserter Plugin for - it supports any other type of content not just ads.
Or you can use the basis of this topics code to create it for yourself:
