Sidebars don't have same size on pages and category/posts. I investigated this but couldn't find the reason for that.

Hi there,
your Home Page has the Content Container set to Full Width.
Which is either set in the page editor:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/content-container/
or using a Layout Element
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/layout-element-overview/
If you want the layout to be the same on all the site you will need to set the Content Container to Default
