Sidebar won't go away

Hi,

I wanted to play around with my sidebars to make a change. After seeing it I wasn't happy so I wanted to go back to my old layout. This means Content - No sidebars. Whenever I went back to my old settings the default widgets: Search and Archives, still appeared. I never had a problem removing these in the past but now it wont work like it used to.

How can I remove these default widgets?

Hi there,

have you disabled the Sidebars in Customizer > Layout > Sidebars ?

Hi David,

Yes I have. It works on my homepage but on my blog posts it doesn't. There the Search bar en archive keep appearing even though its set on: Content (No sidebars).

Can you make sure that the Sidebars are not enabled on Layout Meta Box:
