Sidebar widths

Hi Fran,

At this time it's a little too complicated to show how to do it through the forums, but I'm making it much easier for the next version and will most likely make it a feature in the Spacing addon and make it filterable so a simple function can change them.

The newest version of the spacing addon allows you to change the width percentage of the sidebars now :)
