Hi, I'm updating some sidebar widgets but the updates (additional widgets) are only displaying on post not pages?

OK Figured it. You have to set the Sidebar layout in each individual page. Maybe a bug as it should pic up the Global layout settings?

Hmm, that's weird. Are you using any widget visibility plugins like "Display Widgets", "Widget Context" or Jetpack's Widget Visibility? Without one of those plugins, widget should display throughout your entire website if they're in the same widget area.

I just disabled all plugins and restarted them and seems OK now. Weird indeed! I only had a few installed - Contact Form 7, Share Buttons by AddToAny and Wordpress SEO. All seems OK now though!

Hi Tom,

Just to let you know that the offending plugin in Yoasts Wordpress SEO. I have to to disable and re-enable this piugin after making changes in the customizer or with widgets etc. It's not the end of the world but it may help out knowing this in case it comes up again.
