Sidebar should start below post title and post entry meta

Hi there,

What do I need to do so that my sidebar starts below my post title and post entry meta (e.g. author and when it was posted)? Right now the sidebar (using theme "arctic") starts at the very top, which is just next to the title and looks odd.

However, I want to set it in way that it only starts next to the main content of the post.
