SIDEBAR ISSUE

I have many categories , But my post page design is same - (Content/Sidebar)
Some times suddenly Sidebar comes below the post .
Question 1: Can you please suggest optimal settings steps for CONTENT/SIDEBAR ?
Question 2 : In general if i dont assign the post to any category the post breaks . Why ? Kindly tell me required settings . I am worried about further posts

1. Not sure if I understand. There isn't any optimal setting for the sidebar layout. Can you explain a bit more?
2. What do you mean it breaks?
Can you guide me to the page where I can actually see the issue?
