Sidebar increases CLS by 0.63

Using https://gtmetrix.com/analyze.html
Without sidebar
https://bodhigaya.com/
I get CLS of 0.05
With sidebar
https://bodhigaya.com/bodhigaya-sidebar
I get CLS of 0.68
I also get similarly high CLS if I chose columns or GenerateBlocks grid as well.
Is this expected?
With GenerateBlocks Grid

Hi there,
your cache plugin has critical CSS ( Optimized CSS ) enabled. Which is deferring some of the themes CSS which results in CLS. Unless you know how to write your own critical CSS you should disable that feature.
As a note -check the Page Speed Insights here:
Looking at the Desktop - the CLS is minor and well within tolerance. But i still recommend you disable the Critical CSS
