    Hi Everyone.

If I create two right sidebar elements with one block each, and I display those two sidebars in the same document, both sidebars are displayed. How can I control the order in which each sidebar is displayed (top and bottom)?

    Thank you,

    Rio

    Hi there,

you can use the Priority field to set the order ( lower number is first )
But you won’t see it in the Element Sidebar. Temporarily change the Element Type to Hook, set the Priority and then change the Type back to Sidebar.

That will be patched in a future update.

Thank you, David. I’ll test this and let you know.

I guess after I change the Element type Right Sidebar to Hook, I’ll have to set the Hook Name to after_right_sidebar_content and set the corresponding priority, correct? And then, for the priority to take effect, do I need to save at that point and then switch back from Hook to Right Sidebar and then save again?

    1. Switch to Element Type > Hook.
    2. Choose any hook.
    3. Set the Priority.
    4. Change the Element Type back to Sidebar
    5. Publish the changes

    🙂

    Thank you, David.

What happens is that when I set the element type to Hook, the priority field doesn’t show until I select a Hook Name. Once I select a hook name, the priority field is displayed right underneath.
