Sidebar appear after 10 seconds

Hello!
Please direct me to the thread if this is already answered...
How do I allow my sidebar to appear only after a couple of seconds?
I've made my sidebar sticky from a response in another thread here. But now I'd like them to appear after a seconds delay with small sliding animation.

I am not seeing a big delay before the sidebar ad loads on the page - initially it took around 1 second before they appeared, but this will vary depending on the users network speed.

I want the sidebar to be like a delayed pop-up. The sidebar should appear only after a couple of seconds.

Unfortunately there isn't an option built-in for this so it will require a custom solution/development.
You could try looking for a plugin as well but I'm not aware of one that offers this functionality.
If you need some help in creating a custom solution, you could consider using a service like Codeable as suggested at the bottom of this article:
