Sidebar and The events Calendar

Hello,
i have a problem with the Sidebar in The Events Calendar.

The Theme settings are configured to Full Frame

Now i create a new event and configure Sidebar to: Content / Sidebar and Sidebar left is the event sidebar from the Widgets.

But no effect. Why?

( Site and Blogpost work fine with this configuration.
