Side library not loading

Hello,
I just installed and actived GP Premium.
If i try to load the side library i just her an endless spinning loading circle. I checked my PiHole if the domain of the Side library is falsed blocked. Cleared cache/ fresh install / other pc/browser …
Is there a way to fix this or a manuel import Option ?

Are you using the latest GP Premium version? If not, please update to the latest version and try again.
If it still doesn't work, can you try doing this check?

Note: This issue can be related to server permissions. Some servers block the requests done by plugins. In this case, your server may be blocking requests from/to generatepress servers.

Yes the latest version.
In query monitor i got:
No HTTP API calls.
Tonight i will try to install it on an second system.
Let us know how it goes.
Note: It's worth asking your host if they're blocking requests from/to our servers. Server IP - 35.193.232.176
Hey solved the riddle.
I installed WordPress with the Plesk Extension. The automated security settings are blocking the loading function of the side library.
A fresh install without the extension and it works fine.
Ah that makes sense.
Yeah that happens. It's either the hosting itself or a security plugin is blocking the request.
