Hi there,

If you look at a post on my site (listed below), you can see the style of the first widget in the sidebar. The post title is overlaid on the image and it pops when you hover over it.

I want the 3rd widget (after the search box) to be identical in style to the first - it's just going to be showing different content.

I have copied the settings exactly from the first widget to the second in WP Show Posts, but it must be CSS making the first widget the way it is. I used one of the GP templates for the site.

Could you tell me how to get the 3rd sidebar widget looking the same as the first?'

Cheers, Dan.

Do you mean the card style layout? If so,

Your first widget seems to be using "Overlay". You can change the card style of the 3rd widget to match the first widget by setting the card style layout. This is set on WPSP setting's "cards" tab.

I don't know where to find the cards tab - have included a link to a video below.

Did you have WP Show Post pro at some point?

I thought you were using WP Show Posts Pro as the layout is using "Overlay".

Here's what it looks like if you have the Pro version active - https://share.getcloudapp.com/YEuOwL4q

Nope, it was just the style that came as part of the template!

I guess I will need to look into getting pro then, will i?

I've bought pro and got it sorted - thanks Elvin.

Nice one. No problem. Glad you got it sorted. :D
