Sicky header changes when not logged into WP Admin

For some reason, when I am logged into the WP Admin area, the Sticky Header looks fine (full width and secondary sticky logo showing).
But when I logout out of WP Admin or go Incognito, the logo disappears and the sticky header shrinks to half-width.
Any ideas?

Hi Chad,
If the front end doesn't match the backend, it's usually a cache issue.
Can you clear cache and disable your cache plugin first?
If you have server level cache, clear it as well, disable it if possible.
The last step would be clear your browser cache.
If after all the steps it still doesn't work, please link us to your site, we can check on our end.
