Hi guys just wanted to check whether with the new GP Premium update there was any way to add the three latest posts to the frontpage? And if so how please?
And if not would I need to resort to using WP Show Posts to do that?

you would still require WP Show Posts to do that.
Pity, would be nice to have that sort of thing incorporated into the new Block Element as it has way more customisation features. WP Show Posts just seems to be missing something. Would be nice to have a Grid like feature to be able to have more control over how things look on Desktop, Tablet and Mobile, especially number of columns for each viewport and being able to set the gutter width per viewport etc.

The Content Template only applies to Theme Templates.
We'll be updating WPSP and GB pro to provide this kinda feature.
