Is there a way to make the posts in multiple columns instead of one on top of each other. See for instance this look: https://www.espanolistos.com/stripe-checkout-result/
Yes! actually I looked at that earlier, in Appearance>customize > layout > Blog > go to the end of the screen and check the Columns box, you can add as many as you need.
