Showing both mobile and desktop versions on all devices

Hello,
I'm not sure what happened, but now my website is showing both mobile and desktop headers on all devices. Everything is duplicated and the menus are all messed up. There is also a link that appeared at the top that says "skip to content" Please assist and thank you.

can you clear your cache plugin and then clear your browser cache and check the site.
If the issue persists then disable the cache plugin.

Clearing cache and cookies didn't work. I deactivated cache plugin (W3 Total Cache), it looked good, then installed a different cache plugin. W3 Total Cache seemed to cause this issue with several sites created with GP/Elementor over the last few days. Your advice worked. Thank you very much.
