Show title link to a blog entry in blue

With old GP I was used to seeing in a list of blog postings the title/link shown in blue, giving a visual cue that it is a link to the whole post. For example:
https://mofsa.org/community/blog/
But with GP 2.0.2 the post titles are not shown in blue (although they are still links)
https://mofsa.org/bob/?page_id=25
How can I get the blue in GP 2.0.2?

You should be able to change the color at customizer > colors > content > Archive Content Title.
