Show Tags under title below date

Hello,
I would like to show the tags above the post under the date or next to it. I looked at doing it with the elements but I don't see how and the options in "customize" for the them don't allow for a location above or bellow post.

PS I tried searching but the word tag brings up a lot of topics.

You can use a block element with dynamic feature:

Add a Headline block(of GenerateBlocks), Choose list of terms as Dynamic text type, choosepost_tagas Taxonomy, choose post > all posts as location, choose hookaselement type, chooseafter_entry_titleas hook name.

I used the default Tag List from WordPress but I will check out the GenerateBlocks :)
