Hi, this is a 2 part question:
1) Is there a way to display recent (or pinned) blog posts in a masonry grid (or columns) within a page section?
2) will this effect how my blog posts are displayed in my static blog page?Thank you.

1) You would need a plugin like Tom’s WP Show Posts: https://en-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/wp-show-posts/
2) Not if you use WP Show Posts.
